All-Inclusive & Resort Rates
Resort Fee
All guests are required to pay a resort fee at the time of arrival based on the accommodation they stay:
> Tropical, Cofresi Palm, Crown and Residence Suite US$16.00 per person per night.
> Sunrise Suite, Presidential Suites and Royal Suites US$18.00 per person per night.
> Villa’s US$25.00 per person per night. [Package Purchases get an exclusive price at US$15.00 per person per night]
> All members and guests staying in Cabarete and Punta Cana will pay a resort fee of US$7.50 per person per night.
> Children ages 0-2 are free and children ages 3-11 get a 50% discount off the above rate.
The resort fee covers many items that are not covered in the service fee or all inclusive, such as on-site parking, local calls, printing of boarding passes, in resort shuttle service, WIFI in all VIP areas, and more.

All-Inclusive Fee
> The all-inclusive rate that is detailed on your confirmation email will be charged at check-in for the number of people listed on the confirmation. Rates vary depending on the accommodation and can be viewed below.
> The all-inclusive fee gives you access to different resort amenities and is mandatory for all guests.
> Any guest that checks into the resort after 12 AM-midnight due to scheduled flights will pay only 50% of the all-inclusive for the first night. Any arrivals prior to midnight pay the full all-inclusive rate as normal. Applies to Club managed resorts in Puerto Plata.
> The all-inclusive is non-refundable. Should you decide to depart the resort prior to your departure date you will not receive a refund.
> There is a mandatory supplement fee for the nights of December 24th & 31st for each event.
> Children under the age of 3 are free and children 3 to 11 years old receive 50% off the adult rate. (Applies to Club managed resorts in Puerto Plata.)
